Click is technology based online triathlon and cycling coaching service delivered via Training Peaks.

TrainingPeaks is a powerful software tool that translates raw data into valuable and understandable key performance indicators (KPI’s). These metrics provide the feedback that enable continuous and fully personalized adaptation of the individuals training plan. Functional Threshold Power (FTP) and threshold heart rate are used to calculate the Intensity Factor®(IF®) and Training Stress Score® (TSS®) for every activity.


Training plans are developed for every individual client based on their personal objectives and abilities. This means every clients training plan is fully customized to their goals and objectives, strengths and weaknesses, condition and specific time availability.

My coaching philosophy is based on a combination of experience, knowledge, the application of sports science and technology. I implement a measurement-based strategy that focuses on performance improvement. I work closely with my clients in providing uniquely customized training plans that ensure that they reach their personal goals and objectives.
